We’ll meet with your team to introduce ourselves, discuss your marketing objectives and go through your rough budget for the project to give us a good idea of the scope for your production. We’ll outline our costs for the Pre Production stage.

The 'Client Requirements' agreement ensures we document all of your expectations for the media before any work begins. This is your opportunity to detail your objectives, which will enable us to create a proposal and guide price for your approval. We'll also provide you with a Services Contract to sign and a price for pre-production work.

Once our Treatment is approved, we’ll create a detailed storyboard and provide a detailed estimated cost breakdown. You’ll then receive the first invoice for completed Pre Production work. Depending on your project we may require a 20% deposit for the production. This will be communicted to you at this stage where neccessary.

Once completed, we’ll use your Client Requirements Document alongside our own research and communications with your team to deconstruct your brand and create a concept that aligns with all your objectives. We’ll create a Treatment which will form our proposal for your project.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Once the storyboard and quote are approved, we’ll begin production management which will include:

Arranging Film Permits (Council, DOC, NZTA, Environmental Agencies etc.)

OHS Requirments (Traffic Management Plans, OHS Checklists etc.)

UAV Permissions (Airshare Logs, Airways / ATC Approvals, Permits, Landowner Permissions, Flight Logs)

Talent management (models / actors etc.)

Shoot schedules (dates, times, locations, people, responsibilities)

Equipment / Prop management

All shooting takes place as per storyboard and shoot schedules.

Once filming is completed, we’ll begin Post Production - shoot debrief, footage review, client comms and gather any brand guideline information from your team (logos, fonts, colours, copy etc.)

We’ll deliver you a first draft to review and invoice you for the Production and Post Production work completed to date

We’ll discuss the first draft and evaluate any changes needed. Any changes outside of the agreed scope of work during the Pre Production phase will be charged additionally. We’ll then deliver a final edit in all necessary formats and final invoice (if applicable). Any neccessary documnentation / licenses will be delivered at this point.
